  • We serve adult populations only. Working with children, tweens, and teenagers requires specialized training and expertise, which we do not offer at this time.

  • We also offer a free 20-minute consultation to ensure a good fit and answer any questions you might have!

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length. If you are seeking longer sessions, please contact us about our EMDR intensives.

  • The length of therapy depends on your personal goals. While we can’t predict the exact number of sessions you’ll need, we recommend committing to at least 6 sessions to start. Most clients begin to notice meaningful progress between 6 and 12 sessions.

  • We are only in-network with HMHI-BHN. If we do not accept your insurance, we are considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. We can provide monthly receipts, called superbills, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement or to apply payments toward your deductible. We also partner with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients easily submit claims and check their out-of-network benefits. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly for specific details about your coverage.

You’re also welcome to use a Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for services.
