Session Fee:
Licensed Therapist (LCSW):
$225 per 50-minute session
Hours: Monday–Wednesday & Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM
Scheduling:
Sessions are scheduled weekly or every other week on a consistent day and time reserved just for you. This spot remains exclusively yours while you’re actively in therapy, supporting steady progress and consistency.
This work is structured, focused, and trauma-informed, helping you move beyond rehashing the week and toward real shifts you can feel in your body, relationships, and daily life.

Private Pay & Out-of-Network Benefits
Salty Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. The full session fee is due at the time of service.
We provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage depends on your individual plan. For clients who prefer not to submit superbills themselves, Mentaya is available as an optional third-party service that can submit them on your behalf for a 5% fee.

90-Minute Intensive Session: $395
EMDR Intensives or Multiple Weekly Sessions: Please inquire about availability.
Mentaya is an optional third-party service that can help clients use their out-of-network benefits. With Mentaya, clients can:
Submit superbills for possible reimbursement
Track reimbursement status
Reduce the paperwork involved in using out-of-network benefits

What's It Near
Our office is conveniently located in Holladay, UT, just west of Olympus High School and next to Black Diamond Equipment.
When you arrive, free parking is available directly next to the building. Additional parking is also available in the Black Diamond Equipment lot, which is shared with the office building.
Enter through the north/front entrance of the building. Once inside, head downstairs to the lower level. Suite 101 is marked with a Salty Counseling sign.
